What a day. I had two very different articles floating around my head in the hours before the election. Yet, here I am in the “good timeline” as some on social media have called our reality now that President Trump is returning to the White House. I almost can’t believe how things shook out. I mean, had a strong inclination that President Trump would win, but I was sure it would be by the skin of his teeth. Needless to say I’ve never been happier to be wrong about something in my life.
Despite feeling like Trump would pull it off, I found myself mentally preparing for another four years of federal persecution against Heritage Americans. Honestly I feel like I’ve been so used to playing on the defensive that some of that pre-2020 bite has faded. Although, now isn’t the time to muse on the youthful era of MAGA and the accompanying movements of the 2015-2016 campaign season. Now, is the time to celebrate, and even more so, now is the time to capitalize.
We have exactly 75 days from today (11/06/2024) to prepare for Trump’s administration. Trump’s greatest blunder of his first administration was the lack of preparation to command the beast that is the United States and inexperience with the swamp creatures that lurk around NoVa and the beltway of Maryland. These realities stifled him at every turn. This was only exacerbated by assuming that the system would play fair in 2020. However, these are all things that he rectified this time around by placing lawyers, and loyal election officials in all of the stolen districts from the previous election, as well as hiring his transition team in advance to hit the ground running in January. Now, God has blessed us with four years of plenty, in which time we should set our land in order. Yet, we are left with the question, what will you do?
It is easy to shift all of the responsibility for the state of our future on Trump and the other elected officials. The fact of the matter is, we need to continue to fight now more than ever. We have a rare opportunity, perhaps a final breath of the old order, but it shouldn’t be squandered by complacency. We have a conservative Supreme Court, majorities in both houses, and Trump on the throne. I have every assurance that he will do his part to make America great again, but putting him back into power is not the end of the battle. Rather, it is just the beginning.
For those of us who have the means, this time should be used to drive our enemies into a full route.
Always mystify, mislead, and surprise the enemy, if possible; and when you strike and overcome him, never let up the pursuit so long as your men have strength to follow; for an army routed, if hotly pursued, becomes panic-stricken, and can then be destroyed by half their number.
— General Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson
We need to be aiding the goals our Southern-friendly president elect. Look to men like Chris Rufo for inspiration. Delegitimize our enemies, especially the propagandized history that is used to demonize us. This is very easy, reward your friends and punish your enemies. That doesn’t mean we should be needlessly cruel, but it does mean that we strike while the iron is hot and destroy their legitimacy, reputations, and aims to the best of our abilities.
For those who are not in a place to do this, your work is just as important. We need good men and women to rebuild a noble Southern society. Teach your children our history, use the economic respite to rebuild churches and community centers, read the classics of the Southern Literary Tradition, get attached to a solid Southern community that is interested in the preservation of our history and culture. If you are a young single person, marry and raise a family of God fearing little rebels. This is the most important thing that can be done.
As bad as things have seemed, there has been much to rejoice over. Like the fact that we were only 226,241 votes away from a Solid South. Virginia swung 8 points toward Trump. This is much bigger than most are realizing. The South is not done. She still has a bright future as a distinctive people and place if She wants it.
In conclusion, I hope to leave you feeling optimistic with a sense of purpose. If this article seemed rushed, it is, but I would be remiss if I said nothing.
Have a great day. Enjoy the moment, and keep winning.
